With an 80,000-ton/year color paste production base and a 40,000-ton/year additive facility, Sanyue delivers comprehensive product portfolios including: synthetic leather/fabric/film/coating color pastes, and organic silicon additives (wetting-leveling agents, hand feel modifiers, wear/scratch-resistant agents, dispersants, defoamers, and thickeners). These innovations serve global industries – from automotive textiles and electronics to coatings, inks, daily chemicals, and foam materials – with long-term strategic partnerships cemented through quality excellence and R&D-driven solutions.
Sanyue maintains a strong commitment to technological innovation, operating a dedicated 6,000-square-meter R&D facility equipped with cutting-edge domestic and international instrumentation, including 21 specialized product development laboratories and an advanced analytical testing center. With a multidisciplinary R&D team exceeding 70 professionals, we have established comprehensive industry-academia-research partnerships with leading institutions including Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Jinggangshan University, and Hebei University of Engineering, incorporating 11 PhD-level researchers. Through sustained innovation, we've successfully developed numerous proprietary technologies and novel products with independent intellectual property rights, delivering comprehensive pigment-to-auxiliary application solutions to our global clientele.
